The VME 9425 stands out with a high-quality combination of a 16 cm digital LCD touchscreen and a very flexible multimedia DVD/CD player. In addition to providing pleasantly uniform illumination of the on-screen menus, the LED backlight of the TFT monitor also guarantees excellent visual presentation of all content for video playback.

To ensure that the acoustic performance is every bit as good as the visual quality, the VME 9245 offers a maximum output of 160 watts. The receiver can be adjusted to the conditions in the car with the help of a 3-band equalizer featuring seven preset and one user-defined equalizer curve. Low frequencies are regulated effectively via the integrated subwoofer control.

In addition to radio, CD and DVD, the music source can also be a USB stick or an iPod or iPhone. Those who like to transfer their music wirelessly can do this with the Collex hands-free unit via Bluetooth. Stable signal transmission and high speech quality during telephone calls are a given.

 

The multimedia receiver also shows its flexibility with the SWC connection*, which enables control via the steering wheel, as well as the video input provided for a rear view camera. Although an integrated navigation system is not included, the NAV 104 is available as an optional accessory and works perfectly with the VME 9425.

Five wallpaper images and nine RGB light settings for the keypad backlight are available to optimally adapt the VME 9425 to the individual features and conditions of the vehicle.
